The Story Behind GradLanding

GradLanding was created to bridge the gap between college and career. We help students and recent graduates turn education, experience, and potential into stronger positioning, better decisions, and more effective action in a competitive job market.

Meet Christine Rigby-Hall

Christine Rigby-Hall is Founder and Chief Coaching Officer of GradLanding. She is a former Fortune 500 talent leader with more than 20 years of experience in recruiting, early-career hiring, and career development.

She has held recruiting and talent leadership roles at organizations including Merrill Lynch, Credit Suisse, Moody’s, KPMG, LexisNexis, and CB Richard Ellis. That employer-side experience gives her a clear understanding of how hiring decisions are made, what causes students to get overlooked, and what helps candidates stand out.

Christine combines that recruiting background with coaching expertise to help students move from uncertainty to action. Her work helps students clarify direction, build stronger resumes and LinkedIn profiles, develop better stories for interviews and networking, and pursue internships and early-career roles with more confidence and strategy.

How We Work

We use a four-phase coaching framework that helps students move from uncertainty to action:

GradLanding coaching is personalized, one-to-one, and delivered virtually. Students move through a structured framework focused on clarity, branding, strategy, and execution.

That means we help students:

  • clarify direction and identify stronger-fit roles

  • build resumes, LinkedIn profiles, and stories that reflect real value

  • create a smarter job or internship search strategy

  • prepare for networking, interviews, and next-step decisions with more confidence

What This Helps Students Do

Students leave coaching with:

  • clearer direction

  • stronger personal branding

  • better networking and interview preparation

  • a more focused and strategic search process

  • greater confidence in how they present themselves to employers

Many move from “I do not know where to start” to targeted outreach, better conversations, stronger applications, and real traction.
